Stage 0 — Recommended First Step:
Before Stage 1, many clients begin with a Feasibility Assessment — professional clarity on viability, budget, and approvals before committing to full design. KES 70,000. 14 working days.

BRIEFING & FEASIBILITY
We Start by Listening.
Our first step is always to understand your project deeply before proposing anything. We schedule a consultation — in person, on site, or by video call — and spend time asking the right questions. We then conduct a site visit and prepare a feasibility summary. This stage concludes with a written brief that confirms our shared understanding of the project before any design begins.

CONCEPT
DESIGN
We Show You What Is Possible.
Using the agreed brief, we develop 1–2 initial design concepts presented as sketches, diagrams, and basic 3D visualisations. The goal is to explore the best spatial and aesthetic direction together — not to arrive at a final design. Your feedback shapes everything that follows.

DEVELOPED DESIGN
We Bring the Design to Life in Detail.
The preferred concept is developed into a full architectural proposal — detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, 3D renderings, and a preliminary cost estimate. All structural and M&E consultants are coordinated at this stage. You review and approve before we proceed.

TECHNICAL DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
Every Detail, Drawn to Build From.
We produce the complete set of technical drawings, specifications, and schedules that contractors need to price and build the project accurately. This documentation is the legal basis for all permits and the contractual basis for construction.

APPROVALS & TENDER
We Handle the Bureaucracy. Completely.
We submit your building plans to all relevant authorities — the County Government, the NCA, and NEMA where required. For institutional projects, we also manage Ministry of Health or Ministry of Education submissions. We administer the contractor selection process on your behalf.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION & HANDOVER
Every Detail, Drawn to Build From.
We conduct regular site inspections, certify contractor payment claims, and ensure the building is constructed as designed. We manage the defects process and conduct a post-completion review with you 6 months after handover.
